IMHO the Wilwood SL6R front calipers & rotors from RMS that fit under stock 16" Z32 wheels is your limiting factor. If that is the kit you have, it has a small lever & low thermal mass. Beyond that from your profile it looks like your Z is "full weight", which makes your brakes work that much harder. A local gutted track Z32 has a Wilwood front kit & it is defiantly the weak link in the setup. My much heavier street Z with a 13" Stoptech BBK out breaks the track Z in a noticeable manor. Your ducting location is fine, the paneling is good, pads are great, tires are great. You can add more aero: front splitter & rear wing that will create some drag to aid in needing to brake less, brake later & carry more speed through the turns. All things suggested are beneficial, but I would personally save for a better front brake kit above all else.
